"Quick checkout, but I felt unsure after paying"
Checkout was fast and really easy, and the payment went through without any trouble. I’ll be honest though, right after paying I felt a bit uneasy and started wondering if everything was actually going to be handled properly.

I ordered from shopatorient.com and, to be fair, the items did show up in good condition. The packaging was fine and nothing was broken, so I can’t really complain about that part.
The frustrating part was the international shipping and tracking. It felt like the tracking only worked when it wanted to, with no updates for days, so I ended up waiting longer than I expected. Not a bad shop overall, but they really need better delivery updates

I ended up using a discount on my order, which made the price feel a lot more reasonable. I probably wouldn’t have gone for it at full price, but that’s just me trying to be better about spending lately. The site was easy to use too, so I’d definitely check back again if there are more promos

"Updates were a little inconsistent"
I did get my order, but the updates along the way were a bit slow and not always very clear. I had to reach out myself at one point to see what was going on. They did get back to me eventually, so it was not a bad experience, but the communication could definitely be better.

I was a little hesitant before ordering, but once it arrived I felt much better. The item looked authentic based on the packaging and all the little details, and nothing seemed off or questionable. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’m really happy with what I received. I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering again.

I ordered a few things from shopatorient.com the whole order showed up exactly right. The sizes, colors, and quantities all matched what I picked, which was a relief because I really didn’t feel like dealing with customer service or returns.
The packaging was decent too, nothing was mixed up or damaged. Normal delivery experience overall, WAIT, that’s actually the best part, it was just normal and hassle-free. I’d order from them again.

"Way more options than I expected"
I didn’t expect to find this many things to choose from. There were so many different styles and little items to look through, which was kind of fun but also made me wonder if I was going to miss something good, you know? The site was easy enough to use too, so overall I’d say it was a good experience.

I ordered a lamp it looked really nice when it arrived, but the shade was cracked, which was disappointing. I get that things can happen during shipping, but it just feels fair to expect an item to show up in good condition. Support did eventually respond, but it took a while, and after about a week I only got a small refund. Not the worst experience, but I do think customers should be taken care of a bit better when something arrives damaged.

I ordered from shopatorient.com and, the delivery was way quicker than I was expecting. Like, I figured it might take a while, but my package showed up in just a few days. The tracking was easy to follow too, which was nice. So yeah, no issues with the shipping at all, and I’m happy with how fast everything arrived.

The refund did take a while to come through, and reading between the lines, it seemed like there may have been a bit of a delay on their end. That said, they did get it sorted in the end, so I can’t complain too much.

"Better quality than I expected"
I ordered from Orient and thought the material might end up being thin or cheap, because that’s usually what worries me with online clothes. But it actually feels really nice. The stitching looks solid too, and after washing it didn’t go weird or lose its shape, which I was half expecting. I’m happy with the quality for the price. Would buy again.

My order arrived fine and nothing was damaged, so I guess that’s the main thing. But the box was a little crushed and the tape looked kind of messy, which made me wonder if it had been packed in a rush. Maybe I’m being picky, but I feel like the packaging could’ve been a bit neater.

"Customer service could’ve been better"
I reached out to ask about my order and they did eventually get back to me, so I’ll give them credit for that. It just took longer than I expected, and the response wasn’t especially helpful. I feel like if a company takes your order, it’s only fair that they keep you updated without making you wait around wondering what’s going on. Overall, not terrible, but not great either.
